The Facts Maam!

No matter what periodical you pick up these days there is what appears to be conflicting information.

In a November release NAR reported that home sale prices rose in metropolitan markets. On the other hand the AP said that sales had fallen in 46 states. Both statements are correct and how the public reacts is a matter of perception.…

Moving Forward!

As I sit here on the computer, convincing my self I'm being productive, I'm thinking ...."What a Drag".
