I think too many people watch and listen to the media about the real estate market being doom and gloom. And it's not that at all. We'll see what the next few months bring. Have a great day! :)

At 7:28am on January 31st, 2008, Erika Fultz said…: We're BUSY! October & November were very slow, and as soon as the interest rates dropped everyone suddenly started looking again... And now we're swamped! We carried alot of listing inventory over the holidays & it's paid off! Most of the sellers wait until spring to put their homes on the market, so we encouraged our sellers to get theirs on early. There's less competition, and alot of buyers. We think 2008 is going to be GREAT!
